REFLECTION

This project challenged me to think about marketing as a form of relationship-building rather than promotion alone. What makes Glossier distinctive is not simply its products, but the community that surrounds them.

By examining the brand’s audience-first approach, I gained a deeper understanding of how storytelling, participation, and authenticity contribute to long-term brand loyalty. The experience reinforced my belief that the most successful campaigns create space for audiences to see themselves reflected in the story, transforming consumers into collaborators and advocates.
